VID Concept Research has worked across South-Eastern Europe since 2011, on the belief that feasibility is a promise a site has to actually be able to keep — not a form filled in against a database.
Who we are
A working register, not a mailing list.
We maintain a working register of investigators across Romania, Rep of Moldova, Bulgaria and Georgia — sites we've actually placed studies with, qualified against real protocols, not names collected from a conference list. When a sponsor sends a synopsis, the answer comes from people who know which of those sites can deliver it, and by when.
That's the whole model: feasibility, site management and investigational product logistics, run by the same organisation from protocol review through database lock, so nothing gets lost in a handover between vendors.
Why it matters
The person taking part, first.
A site can hit every metric on paper and still be the wrong fit if it isn't set up to look after the person enrolled — that's the part a database can't tell you.
